The TrainagleART Digital Crystal Speed Controller offers the ultimate precision in rotational accuracy for turntables. On the outside, the enclosure is the only kind that meets the demands TriangleART engineers and designers: solid metal. Exquisitely CNC machined from solid aluminum and laser engraved with a mirror finish. One inch thick faceplate and 3/8^ths-inch on all other sides. The substantial enclosure signals the robustness of the internal components. Three separate transformers power a microprocessor running an Ultra-Precise Quartz Crystal Oscillator. Exacting performance at 33 1/3^rd or 45 RPM, as elected via a simple switch on the front. Although we could have used an oscillator on its own as an ordinary watch might, we added the microprocessor to increase accuracy and enable firmware upgrades in the future. The Digital Crystal Speed Controller can be user-configured for either 120v or 230v mainline power by adjusting a few simple switches within the enclosure.
